Werewolves in Skyrim Pic 1 by SadisticSympathetic Werewolves in Skyrim Pic 1 by SadisticSympathetic
YES, YES THANK YOU ALL FOR TELLING ME HOW TO BECOME A WEREWOLF. I ALREADY KNOW HOW ANYWAYS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME ANYMORE!

Yes, there are werewolves in Skyrim! Upon my travels I met a werewolf in a city prison! He told me that he stole a ring from the god Hircine. The ring controlled his transformations. But he was cursed and went crazy, killing a little girl. (Yes, there are kids in Skyrim. Yes, you can attack them.) He asked me to kill a great beast (A white elk) to speak with Hircine. He gave me the ring and he transformed back into a werewolf and escaped. I talked to the god and he told me to go kill the werewolf because he stole Hircine's ring. I went to the place where the werewolf was hiding. He saw me and begged me not to kill him. Because I wanted to be a werewolf too, I decided to spare him. But when I attempted to speak to him, all he said was; "Never thought I'd see you again." But I'm not finished with this quest yet. Maybe he'll still turn me into a werewolf!

Join the Companions, after you do so many quests, they'll give you the option of becoming a werewolf.

The Quest is called "Ill met by Moonlight". You must already be a werewolf (from doing previous quests for the Companions in Whiterun) before you can start this quest. The questgiver is a prisoner named Sinding in the Falkreath jail inside the city guards barracks. When you talk to him the quest begins, and you will know what it is like to be a werewolf cursed to transform randomly until you finish the quest by killing Sinding.

Actually there is an alternative way to finish this quest. Spare Sinding and kill the hunters that Hircine has sent as your competition to kill Sinding, and instead of getting the enchanted armor made from Sinding's pelt, you will get Hircine's Ring, only instead of it making you change at random, it will enable a werewolf who is wearing it prior to transformations be able to pull two transformations per day. In fact, Hircine will praise you when you return without having killed Sinding, because better than hunting your assigned prey, you turned the hunters into the hunted.

If you decide to fight on the side of the werewolf against Hircine's hunters and defy Hircine who appears outside the Grotto you will get the non-cursed ring. Look up Ring of Hircine on YouTube or Wikipedia for detailed walkthrough
